Physiotherapy Specialist & Consultant, Sports Rehabilitation
Abdullah Matar is a physiotherapy specialist and consultant in sports rehabilitation, with 40 years of experience in physiotherapy, treating sports injuries and rehabilitating athletes. Professional experience: worked at the National Guard, outpatient clinics and a sports medicine hospital; took part in rehabilitating the Saudi national football team in local and international tournaments; and worked with the first teams and youth categories of Al Hilal, Al Nassr, Al Shabab and Al Riyadh, the Al Hilal women's football team, and various other sports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Cairo University; Diploma in Sports Injuries (Manchester City, UK); Diploma in Nutrition and Fitness (Atlas Institute, USA); Diploma in Osteopathy (Anterio College, Ontario, Canada, Nota Bene University); specialized certificates in sports injuries, dry needling (British institute) and Kinesio Taping.
