Headache

A headache is pain in the head that can range from mild to severe. There are different types of headaches, including:

Tension headache: The most common type of headache, characterized by mild to moderate pain on both sides of the head.
Migraine headache: A severe headache accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound.
Cluster headache: A severe headache that occurs on one side of the head, accompanied by symptoms such as red eyes and a runny nose.

Dehydration: Not drinking enough water can lead to headaches.
Certain foods and drinks: Some foods and drinks such as chocolate, and caffeine can trigger headaches in some people.
